Our base services cover the fundamentals of property rentals.  High quality linens, towel, and bathmat rentals, pre-arrival bed making and inspection before guests arrive, and departure maid service.  No matter the home or the rental company, this is the #1 complaint of guests and homeowners, and the #1 reason they change rental houses or rental companies.  We are 100% committed to do this better than any company in the area.  Your house will always be ready and sparkling clean before guest check-in, and will always have our stamp of approval before your guests walk in. We use the same crews on your house week after week so they know the house inside and out and how to care for it.

We visit your pool 3x per week during rental season, and 1x per week off-season to ensure proper chemical balance and to keep the pool vacuumed and sparkling clean for renters. We also maintain your lawn and provide exterior cleaning services.  Our typical fee is around $300 per month, but varies based on the size of the property

We will do a full assessment on your home at year-end, and propose to you inventory items that should be added, replaced, or updated.  We offer season end deep cleaning services, home winterization services, and a wide range of maintenance items that should be done off-season.

We provide quarterly pest control, which is essential for beach house rentals.  Our pest control service is $100 per quarter.

This is actually our favorite part! Do you want to freshin' up the look of your house? Add new décor?  Change your paint color?  Do home improvement projects?  I'm your girl!  You name your beach house improvement project and we're on it.
